These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KASEO website, kaseoshop.com (the "Site"), and any purchase you make through it. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who We Are
KASEO is an online store selling made-to-order phone cases and accessories. The Site is powered by Shopify. Our EU representative for product compliance purposes is HONSON VENTURES LIMITED, gpsr@honsonventures.com, 3 Gnaftis House flat 102, Limassol, Mesa Geitonia, 4003, Cyprus. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide us is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Products and Availability
Every KASEO case is made to order by our print-on-demand production partner. We try to display product colors, patterns, and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will show colors accurately. We may update, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount already charged.
Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. Because every case is produced specifically for you, production typically begins shortly after your order is placed — see our Shipping Policy for production and delivery timelines, and our Refund Policy for your cancellation rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal available to customers in the EU and UK.
Your Account
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@shopkaseo.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to upload or transmit any content that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the KASEO name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to KASEO and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (including Shopify and our shipping and payment partners) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KASEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 2-year legal guarantee that applies in the EU.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
